THE PASSION FOR PIZZA

GREAT PIZZA COME WITH STRICT GUIDELINES

Neapolitan pizza, or pizza Napolitana, is a type of pizza that originated in Naples, Italy.

​

Our pizzas are done Neapolitan style, they are fired in the wood fire oven

(burning at around 450-500 degrees celcius) for no more than 90 seconds,

giving the crust that authentic “leopard spotted” char and the smoky-ness.

 

All our pizzas are hand stretched, and thus are thin in the center

with a crust that is crisp on the outside whilst being fluffily soft inside.

 

We top our pizza with raw San Marzano tomato sauce and fresh Mozzarella.

The focus is well balanced crust, toppings and quality of ingredients.

These traits are typical of a Neapolitan pizza.
